Launched a flow ecosystem: Core Flow Setup that included Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase (new vs returning) and Winback Flows to complete Memoky’s retention system.
Leveraged Dynamic Variables: To personalise content to customers based on their interests, product viewing history and purchase history. By showcasing dynamic blocks, we greatly boosted conversions without the need hundreds of product-specific emails.
Cultivated a Virtual Shopping Experience: Leveraged Memoky’s Virtual Lookbook to create a virtual shopping experience that included bundled ‘looks’ in emails to present items in a showroom manner while driving traffic to Memoky’s own virtual showroom (dynamically, relevant to the customer’s interest products).
